COL William A. Campbell, Army retired, of Destin, Florida, passed away 19 Sep 12 at the age of 82. COL Campbell was retired after having served 25 years in the US Army. He was the hospital administrator at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Denver, CO. He served in Vietnam as a medical evacuation helicopter pilot. COL Campbell’s last assignment in the Army was at Tripler Army Medical Center on the Island of Oahu, HI.
