22 March, Friday, 0730-1300: Chuck Mateer Memorial Golf Tournament – Fort Sam Houston Golf Course
22 March, Friday, 1800-2100: Hall of Fame Induction Dinner – Buffet. At the Holiday Inn – Riverwalk. The cash bar starts at 1730. Dinner is scheduled to be served at 1815.
23 March, Saturday, 0800-1100: Professional/Business Meeting for membership at the hotel.
23 March, Saturday, 1730-2200: Annual Awards Banquet/Closing the Flight Plan Memorial – a plated dinner. At the Holiday Inn – Riverwalk. The cash bar starts at 1730. Dinner is scheduled to be served at 1815.
24 March, Sunday: Travel Day
