DUSTOFF Reunion 2023 Information/Registration/Room Reservations

NOTICE TIME IS RUNNING OUT – NO REGISTRATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED WITH MEAL REQUESTS AFTER 1700 TUESDAY 14 FEBRUARY 2023 DUE TO CATERING TIMELINES. WE HAVE VERY LITTLE LEEWAY IN THIS ALLOWING THE CHEF TO ADEQUATELY PREPARE.

6-17 February 2023 is the Flight Paramedic Refresher Course to be taught at the AMEDD Center of Excellence – We have been given permission to include our information and a flier in the welcome letter to the attendees – this is in hopes that some we opt to stick around for the weekend’s activities.

13-16 February – a commanders conference hosted by MECCD and the AMEDD COE is being held on FSH. We would like to invite attendees to stay longer and attend the reunion.

Sequence of Events

DUSTOFF Reunion 2023

17 February – 0730 – 1300 – Chuck Mateer Memorial Golf Tournament – Fort Sam Houston Golf Course

17 February – 1800 – 2100 – Hall of Fame Induction Dinner – a plated Dinner.  At the Holiday Inn – Riverwalk.   Cash bar starts at 1730. Dinner is scheduled to be served at 1815.

18 February – 0900-1100 – Business Meeting for membership at the hotel

18 February – 1100-1300 – Spouses’ Luncheon at the hotel served in the bar area.

18 February – 1400-1600 – KIA Memorial Dedication at the AMEDD Museum (annual Memorial Service as well during this event)

18 February – 1730 – 2200 – Annual Awards Banquet – a plated Dinner.  At the Holiday Inn – Riverwalk. Cash bar starts at 1730.  Dinner is scheduled to be served at 1815.
